So friendly and informative, first class customer service. We dealt with Sam Dineley who has only started three months ago. We couldn’t believe this as he was so friendly, confident, and explained everything in detail. Sam also took the time to listen and understand our needs as a customer. Great member of staff and made us feel relaxed and comfortable.

Almost everything was great. Anete the trainee salesperson was exceptionally helpful. My one ‘negative’ was the wait time before I saw anyone. When I came in everyone seemed busy and there didn’t seem to be anybody on Reception, so I and a few other customers stood around aimlessly for a while. When Anete came over to see me she was really helpful and kept in touch with me. She will make a great salesperson when she completes her training.
