Consistent communication and more time per customer. Hand over seemed rushed. We were told that the car had to be removed from the dealership by the end of the month and this was 3 days before the end of the month - hence applied pressure to get the car collectedCould be better with more consistent communication. We were told that we will be getting monthly updates on the delivery/progress of a brand new car but we did not get any update until the week of. The car was then required to be collected and signed less than 3 days after this phone call which caused inconvenience because of work schedules.

The service provided was excellent, from start to finish. Zara was excellent to deal with.
