Staff very helpful, emailed information I requested within a short period of time. Organised a test drive for a date and time I requested. Also after the test drive I requested to up grade the model and before I left your premises.

I didn’t feel that older customers were understood

Vehicle pxz 8704 I left this vehicle in under a warranty for repair , after waiting three weeks for an appointment on 11.2.26. I left clear instructions on the issue t the end of day 1 they hadn’t addressed the problem and suggested I take it home. The vehicle was loosing coolant so they said they’d look at it on the 12.2.26. At the end of that day they said it needed parts which wouldn’t be in until the 17.2.26 and would fix it on the 18.2.26. The vehicle was left due to the issue and a hire car is being used. Today the 20.2.26 the vehicle is still not repaired !This is an absolute disgrace. This service department is not fit for purpose and clearly the mechanics are inexperienced. This vehicle has been with you for 10 days without a date for completion . I have two new Toyotas on order and Charles hurst is the last place I will buy of or service again . This is an essential work vehicle and the hiring of a car which is of no use is costing money . The service team or service manager clearly don’t give a dumb.I await your response.

As usual Stephanie was excellent, got back to me within an hour

I am following up from a previous complaint made last month. I received an email response on 22nd January 2026 TICKET NO. 85499505 which stated that I would be contacted within 14 days. I have not been contacted and it is now nearly 4 weeks since my enquiry. Please advise

Friendly and attentive staff. Katie was very helpful and patiant, taking me through the options and explaining the finance better than any dealership has before.

I went to Toyota Belfast and was dealt with by a fella called Barry who told us the wrong information that was included in the car we were getting. Then when we picked up the car and drove home we realize the features were not on the car when I rang I deal with manager called Stephen this was the 19 th December who told me he would call me back it's not the 15 th Feb. I then called about 3 weeks ago and asked for a different manager which I think was called Luke who spoke with me and told me he would ring back in a half an hour and I am still awaiting his call. Customer service is a disgrace. The problem I am having is still not resolved

Made an appointment with Toyota Yaris used sales to see a particular car the following day. The car was unfortunately sold that day, however I found out this by accident by looking for the car again to show a friend. Ben did not contact me to say this car had been sold. If I had just turned up as planned it would be a waste of time and I would have missed out on getting another car bought. Also it would have been good to advise me to have car kept for me in order to see it, but the person didn’t advise me to do this.
