Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the condition of the vehicle I recently collected from your dealership. VGZ7707At the time of purchase, I was assured that the car would be properly valeted prior to handover. However, upon inspection, it is clear that the vehicle was not cleaned to an acceptable standard.While the floor area appeared relatively clean, several key areas were neglected:- The dashboard had visible stains and was not properly wiped down- The gear lever and surrounding trim were dirty- The leather seats were not thoroughly cleaned or conditioned- The interior of the boot, particularly the area where it joins the roof, was still dirty- There were also traces of animal hair remaining inside the vehicleThis level of preparation falls well below what I would reasonably expect from a professional dealership, especially after being assured that the car would be fully valeted.I would appreciate your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.Yours faithfully,Jose Mathew

I am writing regarding an issue with my finance agreement following the purchase of my new vehicle and the return of my previous car.At the time of the transaction, I was advised by your representative to cancel the direct debit for my previous finance agreement to avoid being charged twice. I followed this instruction in good faith. However, I have since discovered that this has been recorded as a missed payment on my credit score.I have made several attempts over the past month to contact your team to resolve this matter and was assured that someone would return my call. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response.As this situation has arisen due to the guidance provided by your representative, I would kindly request that you investigate this as a matter of urgency and arrange for the missed payment marker to be removed from my credit report.This is particularly important as I am currently in the process of preparing for a house move, and any negative impact on my credit file may affect my mortgage application.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and ask that you confirm in writing once this has been resolved, or advise if you require any further information from me.Thank you in advance for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.

Hi AndrewAs discussed - I bought the vehicle in my name ( I am doctor and separate business from my husband )When I received the VC5 the agent has registered my vehicle in my husbands name.As per e mail correspondence below the agent Ben Marsden agreed it was his error and assured me that the VC5 would be changed and to reflect only one previous owner .I received the VC5 today and it is reflecting that there is 2 previous ownersI am not happy about this as implications when come to change my car.Also at the time of purchase the car was taxed for one year . My husband received a refund cheque from DVLA for £516.66This means I have been driving my car from 20-3-26 untaxedI have renewed tax today £352 for 6 months (£670 per year)Enclosed also is VC5 which incorrectly states 2 previous ownersMany thanks for your help in this matterKR Olive

I just bought a car from you, and paid in full.. I was told thatIt was the last car that ran on petrol. I am a lady of mature years and it was to my liking.It was shown to me and I was delighted with everything. The car was in perfect conditionand presented to me as if it was just brand new.
