Barry McConkey was our sales person and he could not have been more helpful. The vehicle was for my mother in law and we told him what sort of car she was looking for and he gave her a wide and varied selection. First class service!! Some man for one man!!!!

Customer service in person was fantastic, but there could have been better communication between the time of initial enquiry and the time of car pick up I.e. response to emails, explanation of whether finance was approved etc and when I rang to discuss problems with the online finance system there was no one available. Despite this I am still pleased with the overall service and everything was sorted on time in the end.

Having had a negative experience at another dealership the previous week I called to Charles Hurst motors by chance without an appointment and got good time to discuss my car choice, a test drive and a good deal on my trade in vehicle. Very good service excellent communication

After booking in my vehicle , I was unaware that the showroom had been temporarily moved, this wasn't a major issue but would like to have known. The main problem i had is that there is no longer a courtesy coach available on site. I brought my partner and 2 young children with me and was hoping to take the coach into the city Centre for a couple of hours then head back. But instead it they had to organize their driver to drop us into town in my own car and then make my own way back.I honestly don't have any issue with the making my own way however the courtesy bus is something which im sure many many people relied on and was a huge asset for you and to just remove it is just pointless.
