Perfect car best customer service,

I visited Charles Hurst Toyota to have a Dashcam fitted to my Jaguar XF CU66YWT. I was received very helpfully and left the car in for the work. It did take a very long time, however Charles Hurst Jaguar Land Rover did provide hospitality and I managed to get a Service Plan signed up with them for the car. I was kept waiting at the end for the car to be returned, which was a bit of a pain, but the service receptionist was very helpful and got me to set up the WiFi link between my camera and the app on my mobile phone. The camera did not seem to have been registered with NextBase, I had to do that later. I have since had to do a lot of research online to get the PC interface working with the Dashcam but I think it is mostly sorted now.

No issue with the sales processes, on closer inspection of the car when I got home I noticed that the edge of the drivers door had multiple chips. Rear bumper had obviously been cleaned, but the under side of bumper was dirty and the rear mud flaps were partially cleaned.Inside the car, dash and central console were dusty as we're spedometer etc.
