We were very lucky to be looked after by Anthony Smyth. An excellent salesman! He was very pleasant, courteous, respectful, professional and had great communication skills. We therefore received first-class, genuine Customer Service……at ALL times. Very unique in car sales!! the vehicle was recalled by Toyota to examine the petrol pump for a defect. I was told by the counter assistant that no defect was found. But this was poor information. |I would have liked to have been told the nature of the defect and what was the likelihood of it occurring in my car. I'm wondering if it might occur in the future leaving me to remedy it.
