We met Zara Dunlop a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales rep. She was very accommodating and explained everything in great detail. She dealt with our enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.

We were told our car would cost 155 to tax it. I got a phone call an hour before I was due to pick the car up (car had been paid for) to say it would be 510. We bought the car on the basis that it was affordable. I then had to fork out 510 to tax it. If we had known before hand we would have re-thought the car we picked. Apart from this zara was a great help. But I do feel that Toyota should have covered the 355And let me pay the 155 as it was their error

I had a very good experience and Ben Harvey was excellent to deal with and did everything he could to help me. My only complaint would be that the car was not cleaned in any shape or form. The car I traded in was spotless and ready to go. My new car was grubby inside and out and was not the way I would have expected it to be presented. This was quite disappointing.

The team at Charles Hurst Toyota did a good job, and I have no complaints about any of them. The only negative feedback I have is in relation to booking the service. Emails came through from My Toyota which stated that booking could be done online, but when I tried to do this it seemed that the message didn't get through to the dealership. A working online booking system would be great. Thank-you.
