While my experience of purchasing my new car was excellent I was disappointed that even after my new car had arrived at the showroom for collection I received a numerous emails, texts and phone calls about booking my old car in for a service and offers on deals to buy a new car. It would be really good if your systems could recognise Shen a customer has got a new car and reduce these communications which were actually a bit frustrating. Thank you

As usual, a thoroughly enjoyable and informative experience with Toyota.Although we - as a family - have suspended our search for a new vehicle, when we do restart, our first port of call will be Toyota. The experience is never pushy, and always centred on our actual needs and preferences (i.e. no hard selling or pointless upselling).
