On a whole the service was excellent throught the whole experience, from walking in to the showroom to deciding to purchase and waiting for the new car to arrive. Questions also answered via email in the interim period. It was slightly rushed on the handover day when showing me the workings of the vehicle, accessories etc, however this was partly my own fault due to only being able to arrive at the showroom at 4pm ang getting through to Toyota to amend my insurance policy took quite a while. It was going to be the jubilee bank holiday when the 3-day cover finished.

I dealt with Stephanie she was very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful and obviously knows the product extremely well.I’ve bought many new cars over the years and I’d say this was the most professional to date. I did have a query after bringing the vehicle home and it was dealt with immediately and completely to my satisfaction. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Charles Hurst again.
