Looking for DLA car from your dealership, due new car in December but advised by DLA by email to order early , no idea what ‘early’ means as I spoke to your colleague and advised to wait until October//November which would be the usual time I would be ordering, have Seat Aurora with just over 1000 miles,unfortunately I have never liked or felt comfortable in this car, have has Nissan for years but thought I would enquire about Toyota, thought I would at least have had some information on your current cars, understand price wouldn’t be available until later in year. I had quite a long wait as the car was not ready at the time stated, 10 0r 15 minutes would have been fine but it was more than 45 minutes later than expected.

Ben Harvey made the entire process so straightforward and convenient. I couldn’t recommend highly enough, thoroughly delighted with the service received.
