Barry McConkey was very approachable and always returned calls and made regular contact during the waiting time between ordering the car and its arrival. It was my first ever purchase of a new car . I got flu just as I was due to collect the car .Barry McConkey, Toyota, was helpful re this and sent a video message update re the car which I was able to share with friends who were keen to see my purchase. I have had RAV4 s for years but newer model was too large for my garage. Glad Toyota Yaris Cross hybrid awd came along as an alternative albeit..sorry to part with my beautiful RAV 4.Thanks
