Staff gave an excellent service.

Declan was a very good salesman....absolutely no complaints about him. He was the highlight of my experience. Once I was handed over to the showroom manager, things went downhill.

cust has had the car in several times for different things to be looked at. This last time the bonnet has been painted. Carsmetic said it would look funny if the bumper was half done, the air con unit was then damaged and the warranty covered the cost. The cust has now noticed the kit has been damaged again wheel arches are creased

Hi, 14 days have came and went and I have heard nothing about the issue raised on ticket number 89222270.. Any explanation for this?

Lender information request received via lender in relation to complaint made by customer. Regulated element recorded - allegation of fraudulent finance application.

When asked at the service desk, would you like the car washed, I said no, the car is clean..Half an hour later I'm outside for a cigarette, I see a man jump in my car and go across the road, not to the service area, curious I walked across to see where it was going, couldn't see it until I got right at the far end of the area behind the lexus garage, I could not believe my eyes, he had it going through one of those brutal brush car washes, by now too late to stop him, the damage was done. So not only was the car soaked in chemicals that would remove the wax I applied not 24 hrs before, now the paintwork was getting beat to death. After complaining to the service guy who had no valid excuse as to why this had happened, he did offer to book it in for a polish, I said no thank you I would not trust you. So I booked it into my local detailer for a buff and wax, £120, but she's looking well again. So 2 questions for you, how would you like to reimburse me my £120? Cash, bank transfer or cheque? And secondly, do you inform customers how the cars are washed? Had it have been a sponge wash I wouldn't have been so upset, but having been a car sprayer for 28 years I know exactly the damage the brush wash does... I have pictures of my vehicle in the wash.. I look forward to hearing from you.
