I bought my Toyota Rav 4 2022 through Zara Dunlop and Neil McCready both of whom were exemplary in their assistance to my need's as a customer Zara guided myself and my Wife through every piece of paperwork with ease and went more than out of her way to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our purchase and ensuring the vehicle we chose met all our expectations , I would have to say looking at how well we were looked after we would have no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle through the Charles Hurst Group and certainly through Zara and Neil

It was a very good efficient procedure in changing my car.

When I received my car from Peugeot, they done a reveal, your car was in a separate room covered up ,and then the cover came of ,which was very good,

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Debbie, in particular was able to provide me with all the information I required about the Mobility scheme. I'd also like to say that the lady at the reception desk was so lovely and looked after everyone with coffee etc.

There was a bit of a delay in the hand over

I would have given 5 out of 5 but I was very disappointed with the service I got.Bye this I mean I was only shown one car by Toyota motability.

I’m always treated very well and the staff are excellent . I don’t go wheel kicking or wasting time I go to purchase a car and only a sticking point will stop me signing up there and then . This is easy I have done in the past resulting in three new cars in 7 years .
