Told I needed new wiper blades and went ahead with them although I had noticed nothing wrong with them. However now they leave smears across the windscreen!! This seemed purely a money making exercise, as I have a service plan, and I felt cheated. The front of house staff were excellent and kept me informed, did get me a coffee eventually and the valet guy brought it back quickly as he knew I was in a rush, appreciated that.

Debbie was first class through the whole process. Looked after me from start to finish and made sure I got everything sorted before letting me drive away in my lovely new car that Debbie had helped me decide on.Would like to say a massive thanks to Debbie and everyone at Charles Hurst Toyota for all their help and support.

We could have done with a longer and more detailed explanation of the technology involved in using the on-board equipment. We still don't know how to get dashcam videos to play and the Car Play facility appeared to cut us off from the radio programme selection and had to be disabled.
