The service was good, as it should be. These questionnaires become meaningless when staff are under pressure to have you mark them up all the time, when they are just doing the job to a required standard. If I didn’t get good service I would go elsewhere. Please stop requiring validation constantly.

Fantastic service as always

It was a pleasure to deal with Stephanie our sales executive who was knowledgeable about the car and purchase process, assisting us in a couple of glitches in the process to reach a satisfactorily purchase.My only comment again would be that whilst the dealership thought they had provided me on two occasions a car with space saver spare wheel they only found out on delivery of the cars to dealership they were delivered with emergency wheel repair kits only, there seems to be a fault in the ordering process whereby dealership order the car with space saver spare wheel but car gets delivered with emergency wheel repair kit and the dealership are left to resolve the issue with the customer. Stephanie worked with us on both occasions to resolve problem.

I was told my car would need to be in for 2 hours but on arrival asked if 3pm pick up would suit which was 5 hours. We settled on 1pm which was not ideal as I needed to rearrange plans. Overall very pleasant staff.
