Right from my initial telephone conversation with your representative, Anthony Smyth, I felt that I was speaking to a really helpful and knowledgeable person who knew the product inside out, pointing out many of the updates on the new model. Anthony explained the process thoroughly from initial ordering, through vehicle build and eventual transit to Charles Hurst, Boucher Road. He accurately predicted when my new Corolla would be available for handover - early January - and he helped me through the various finance options. He phoned me several times to keep me updated.
