I got a letter from Toyota recalling our car for a replacement fuel pump. I was originally booked in for 12 August and on the morning of 12th Aug I got a phone call to say not to come with the car as 2 mechanics were off with covid and I was booked to come on 19th aug. Again on 19th aug I got another phone call to tell me not to come as the part wasn’t there. I was told I would get a phone call with a new appt date and time. I waited a few weeks and nothing. I phoned them myself and the guy I spoke to said he had nothing in the books that I had 2 previous appts which were cancelled. My problem was that I had to get a friend to travel 12 miles from his house to mine to drive his car to your garage to bring me home and to take me back to collect my vehicle when it was ready. For this to have happened twice was very annoying and the fact I wasn’t phoned with another appointment wasn’t showing good management on your part.When I got to hursts the 2 young men on reception were very polite and apologetic about what had happened.

The salesman I was dealing with (Anthony Smyth) was helpful knowledgeable and easy to get on with. First class service.

Our car was bought new it has still 1 and a half years (approx) finance to go so we will think about it nearer the time - thank you ........ the answer is no to the question below it will only take a tick to get out of the survey

This was not a straight forward purchase but Barry Mc Conkey, {Toyota} exceeded in his role of professionalism, co-operation and creative ideas! He is to be commended for his patience and thoughtfulness on this ocassion.

Updating the website sooner - I called about a car that was marked as “coming soon”. They said it was “still in”, suggesting that it’s been there a while but photos were never uploaded. When I got in it had already been sold. (Not to the fault with my sales advisor as I was talking to a different person on the phone, so I am generally happy with my experience).

The staff in Boucher road are always helpful and try their best to resolve issues. However, if you are unsuccessful in reaching the Boucher Road service section and are put through to the main call centre you hear more about what can't be done as opposed to what can be done to resolve issues. Happy to discuss this further.

I received my mobility car through Charles Hurst. This is the second one that I have got through here. Debbie has been instrumental in my decision to return to CHarles Hurst. She has kept me up to date with information, delays, etc. I really appreciate her input and service.
