This was a full service plus an investigation of the noise. The service was done well, but the investigation was clearly not started until much later and then there were issues with getting the parts required (drive shaft). When work finally started on this part, communication between the front desk staff and the technicians was poor resulting in me starting my journey to pick up the car when promised, but then having to be turned around again. The entire process took 8 days. Your front desk staff need to better challenge what they are being told by your technicians.

Three small points - I was told it would be an hour and a half and it was three hours which I waited in dealership. I was asked did I want a complimentary car wash said yes but didn’t get one. I needed tyres and was told I would get realignment included for same price as tyres then was charged more which I queried. Otherwise staff couldn’t have been nicer.
