It was a great experience. I was able to go shop snd have lunch knowing I would be told when the car was finished. My book was marked up and I was a happy customer.

nothing wrong with CH Toyota; we were looking for a full electric with 300miles and for £30-40k at CH Kia.

I left my Toyota Auris into Toyota at Charles Hurst, Boucher Rd, Belfast for a wheel Alignment prior to it being taken for its first MOT. My point of contact was Josh, with whom I've met previously when he booked the car in for its Service and MOT Prep. He gave me a time-line of what would happen and when the car would be back at the showroom after the MOT. True to form, Josh kept me updated throughout and when I arrived back to pick the car up, Josh was waiting by the car with the keys in hand. Having no doubts that the car passed it's MOT, he went over a few points, gave me my paperwork and I left. Josh is such an amazing young man who is wise beyond his young 21yrs. He is knowledgeable, polite, engaging but most importantly, he instills confidence to the point that you trust the information he so clearly and precisely communicates and I knew my car was in safe hands. Josh is a great asset to Toyota, C.H and I've no doubt a great career path lies infront of him. Well done C.H for investing in and nurturing such a wonderful young man. I've been buying cars from Toyota Boucher Road for some time now. I really like the changes that the current manager has made (he may have sold me my first car a good few years ago!). I like the change in approach of the sales staff. In particular I appreciated the initial phone call with a clear offer that made sense. As a female I like the fact that there are female sales executives. It makes for a much better environment. Thank you!
