Dylan was very knowledgeable about the RAV4 range and presented the finance options very clearly. He was very helpful in trying to find a used car which met our requirements. However, we were able to find another make (Honda CR-V) which better met our needs, and in addition got a higher trade-in price for our own car. But based on our experience, we would be happy to visit Toyota Charles Hurst again.

the vehicle was recalled by Toyota to examine the petrol pump for a defect. I was told by the counter assistant that no defect was found. But this was poor information. |I would have liked to have been told the nature of the defect and what was the likelihood of it occurring in my car. I'm wondering if it might occur in the future leaving me to remedy it.
