I intitially got into contact with the dealership requesting a test drive of a Yaris model, and that's the first contact I had with Barry, from then on I was in good hands, and I had been around a couple other local dealers, none of them could match the level of comfort and approachability Barry had, as well as the knowledge.While I had looked at Yaris, and Aygo models, Barry had made a suggestion towards the Aygo X, which was brand new. Whilst I was in the market for a used car, Barry had suggestted I take a look just to see, it tmay be the car, it may not be.It absolutely was, and I'm so happy Barry suggested it, because I fell in love with the car from first test drive, and now I'm the proud owner of one.This was my first time buying a car, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I've had in any kind of shopping enviornment, coming from a recent 5 year stint in retail, I know how important the customer journey is, Barry smashed it and I would recommend anyone I know looking a car to get contact.Thanks again Barry, you're a star.Simon
