Debbie was just wonderful from start to finish. She has an exceptionally friendly professional manner and made the entire experience so easy. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole process was so easy. We were treated respectfully and made to feel like valued customers. We were kept well informed throughout. I have never experienced a purchase so straightforward. The showroom itself was flawlessly clean each time we visited, bright and appealingly open. The staff were welcoming and we were made to feel very comfortable. The vehicle itself, well it is a Toyota so it is everything we wished it would be and more, we love it. Thank you Charles Hurst Toyota and thank you Debbie.
