Stephanie was lovely to deal with - made me welcome and was very well informed.

I came away with a very positive view of the Toyota showroom and its staff . They were wholeheartedly welcoming and listened to my needs. Zara and Anete understood immediately what I wanted and were extremely helpful in locating a vehicle which I thought fitted the bill. Anete displayed a thorough background knowledge of cars and made some positive suggestions to assist me to assist in making a decision. She also was very incisive in her assessment of my trade-in car and this resulted in what I thought was a fair exchange deal. I was on the verge buying the new Toyota but was daunted by all the reports I have read of Yaris battery problems. Zara was able to let me know of a Toyota bulletin which recognised that battery problems did exist and the Company were willing to replace any failing items. However I am in retirement and driving very few miles which in itself would lead battery drain and result I fear in frequent calls on service staff to deal with recurring battery failure. As a result I unfortunately had to turn down what looked like a good deal. If you still produced this car in purely petrol form I would buy it without hesitation. My grateful thanks go to Zara and to the enthusiasm and assistance of Anete. With reference to your following question I may require some help once I have had a look at what other suitable cars are available. Gerald
