This is my 2nd new car from Toyota at Charles Hurst, Boucher Rd, Belfast. I specifically chose this showroom based on the service I initially received from Debbie McCallan when choosing my 1st Toyota car. Debbie was instantly welcoming and treated me with great respect, unlike other dealerships I'd visited. Throughout my contract Debbie would phone to see how I was getting on and to see if I'd any problems or questions. When it came to picking my 2nd car, again, she was a great help in finding the right car to suit my needs. She ensured I tried every car with my range so I could confidently make the right choice without doubt or reservations. I never thought to change dealerships as I've built up a great rapport with Debbie and knew I wouldn't get that same service/experience elsewhere. I know Debbie will phone intermittently throughout this new contract to ensure all is well, and I know I can phone her if I have any issues, or any of the Boucher Rd team for that matter. I'm now looking forward to enjoying my new car and sharing these new experiences with Debbie. Thank you Debbie, and the team at Toyota, Charles Hurst, Boucher Rd, Belfast!

The choice of cars meant we were able to choose a car we wanted and at a price we could afford. Stephanie graham guided us through the choice of cars, the buying process and the finance agreements. All was handled very quickly and efficiently.

It was not clear when the MOT would be booked, which was the whole point of the service - to prepare the car for the MOT. I assumed the MOT would take place soon after the service. However, the car was booked in by Hurst on the day of the servicing, and no appointment was available until two months after the service, which concerns me as some problem could develop after that length of time making the whole booking experience ineffective. I will book my own MOT appointment in the future, and schedule the service by myself. Therefore I don’t need a special MOT servicing package. The work done on the car is very good and I was informed of progress at all times.

Usually I book online, but sometimes it takes longer to log in the details about the service required or to download the form, so I then phone. The service etc was excellent but I think the old showroom setup was better for customers. There was usually a staff member at the desk who would see the customer arrive and was ready to greet you. Plus there was a seating area, with TV and coffee machine. Now all the team are busy working away in their office and customers sit and wait, watching the staff through the glass and waiting for someone to notice them. It's not great. It also is a lost selling opportunity having the customer sit facing a lot of people at cubicles rather than looking out at the cars which are now at the customer's back. Or even having a screen or a TV with marketing information about Toyota.
