Excellent service and staff very helpful

Pleasant and friendly service who dealt with my enquires in a very professional manner and was able to come back to me about the energy used when using dash cams in an electric car.

Barry McConkey was our sales person and he could not have been more helpful. The vehicle was for my mother in law and we told him what sort of car she was looking for and he gave her a wide and varied selection. First class service!! Some man for one man!!!!

Stephanie Graham was very professional and knowledgeable. She put me at ease from the start and I would recommend her.

Barry was an excellent sales man and spend a lot of time explaining all the relevant information to me. He was keen to give me an amazing customer experience, and he did this. I would highly recommend him to my friends. Ben is also an asset to the management team, very focused on all the customers.

Customer service in person was fantastic, but there could have been better communication between the time of initial enquiry and the time of car pick up I.e. response to emails, explanation of whether finance was approved etc and when I rang to discuss problems with the online finance system there was no one available. Despite this I am still pleased with the overall service and everything was sorted on time in the end.
