Very good service excellent communication

After booking in my vehicle , I was unaware that the showroom had been temporarily moved, this wasn't a major issue but would like to have known. The main problem i had is that there is no longer a courtesy coach available on site. I brought my partner and 2 young children with me and was hoping to take the coach into the city Centre for a couple of hours then head back. But instead it they had to organize their driver to drop us into town in my own car and then make my own way back. I honestly don't have any issue with the making my own way however the courtesy bus is something which im sure many many people relied on and was a huge asset for you and to just remove it is just pointless.

No issue with the sales processes, on closer inspection of the car when I got home I noticed that the edge of the drivers door had multiple chips. Rear bumper had obviously been cleaned, but the under side of bumper was dirty and the rear mud flaps were partially cleaned. Inside the car, dash and central console were dusty as we're spedometer etc.
