Almost everything was great. Anete the trainee salesperson was exceptionally helpful. My one ‘negative’ was the wait time before I saw anyone. When I came in everyone seemed busy and there didn’t seem to be anybody on Reception, so I and a few other customers stood around aimlessly for a while. When Anete came over to see me she was really helpful and kept in touch with me. She will make a great salesperson when she completes her training.

Both the sales adviser I contacted recently - and I wish I could remember their names - were professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I explained the reason for my search - my sister has been diagnosed with MS and needed a small automatic Aygo on a very tight budget - and they were kind and empathetic. One even contacted me via Toyota WhatsApp to update me on his continued search and check in on our progress! Outstanding customer service from your advisers! Please thank them for me.
