I was told my car would need to be in for 2 hours but on arrival asked if 3pm pick up would suit which was 5 hours. We settled on 1pm which was not ideal as I needed to rearrange plans. Overall very pleasant staff.

As a Charles Hurst customer for over 20 years i find being able to deal with the same sales person who has a personal knowledge of you and your family needs is very important to me and my husband. This is shown by Mr Barry McConkey who we have purchased 8 cars between me and my husband he always make you feel like you matter to the Charles Hurst Toyota brand. He always keeps in touch after the sale of the cars and keeps us updated on new cars and toyota sales events we might consider helpful to our family. This happened last year in february when he personally contacted us about the Big Toyota event, we attended this event and me and husband ordered two RAV4,s which were to be delivered late summer but as these were delayed for until January 2023. Barry always kept us updated on the delivery progress of our new rav4,s this was not the usual brilliant service we come to expect from Charles Hurst Toyota but as stated barry kept us informed at all times and one of the reasons we return to Charles Hurst Toyota to purchase our cars over the years.
