Pleasant staff who kept me informed of my service details and arranged for me to speak to sales staff as I was hoping to order a new car. After a lot of investigating I have booked a new Yaris Cross. A change from CHR but looking forward to its arrival.

Both the 2 young gentlemen I dealt with on leaving in the car and collecting the car, had a great rapport and were efficient. I received a full break down of a health check and was amazed by this. When I go to change my car, I will definitely now visit Charles Hurst. Thank you.

The only problem I had was that that was not a courtsey car I look after my 84 year old motherinlaw and it meant I had to get taxis to see to her every day Catherine

When I left the car with the dealership I was told they would have the car ready for 4.00 pm, the guy phoned me early in the afternoon to say the car would be ready sooner, he asked would I like the car cleaned, I said that would be great, but when I went to pick the car up it had not been touched and was still as dirty. I'm not 1005 sure that the tyres had been checked as they felt slightly soft to me.
