It would have been five stars but for one little issue, we dropped the car off at 09.30 as arranged and were told it would take five hours for completion, we returned at 13.30 to wait for the car to be finished but unfortunately for us the car was still sitting in the same spot where we had originally parked it not touched, fortunately for us an absolute gentleman RYAN who was on the service desk arranged for a courtesy car which was gratefully appreciated.

I bought a used Toyota Yaris with 37000 miles last September 2025.Over the last few weeks when the car sits with the handbrake on overnight, it sticks and only comes off with a clunk. I reported this to the service department and was told it was probably the brake calipers sticking but that wouldn't be covered by warranty. I also told them of a low droning noise most evident around 50 - 60 mph which only started in the last few weeks. I was tod the calliper issue would not be covered by the warranty as it was wear and tear. Surely it would be as it's possibly a mechanical defect. I can understand brake pads or shoes being wear and tear but surely not a calliper! I have only put 5000 miles on the car in the last 6 months.I am not happy at all about this and extremely disappointed that the car has sown up with a problem(s) already!

Car service was booked for 1-30. Returning at 4pm to collect the I was advised that the car was only now being started. The car was returned to me at 5-15. Usually a video showing the mechanic highlighting items as he progresses wasn’t done. Also the service book was stamped only for a service with no hybrid system check completed.

The dealership was unwilling to provide a customs declaration form. Paul provided excellent details on the car I was interested in but I could not proceed without the letter.
