toyota finance offer you a finance meeting to discuss finance options as a long standing excellent paying customer and as agreement nearing end ask you to call in to your dealer to test and possibly purchase new car then decline your application total waste of time and a loss of an excellent paying customer.

Paul was excellent- responsive and helpful. Unfortunately it was too busy for me to make it in for a test drive but I’ll definitely consider it in the future.
