Thomas sales I haven't got any car videos through from you on the CHR 25 motor

Hi. I have ordered a new Toyota CHR + Design in March 2026 via PCH contract. I paid a deposit of £250 in March and was advised that the car should be delivered in June. I have not received any communication since. On 6 June, I rang to ask for an update however I was advised that the sales person I was dealing with is unavailable and that someone will give me a call on Monday. Since no one contacted me then I phoned on another 3 occasions during the week ending 14 June. No one was able to provide any update which leads me to think that, due to an unknown reason, the car has not been ordered at all. On two occasions I have been advised that an email and a message has been left for a dealership manager to contact me. This too has not happened. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and frustrated that no one takes care to contact me to explain what is happening and what can be done to resolve this issue. I simply need to know if I should start looking for alternative arrangements. Such unprofessional conduct caused me to start reconsidering my decision to purchase a car from this dealership. This is a really appalling way to treat a customer.

I called enquiring about a car I saw listed on a AutoTrader. The car had already been sold, but the sales representative Shea was very proactive and found another similar vehicle that was a better fit for my requirements. He called me back and arranged a test drive within a few days time and after I decided to buy the car he set up the sale and picking up of the car very quickly too. He also answered all of my questions and provided perfectly clear information throughout the whole process, I would recommend him personally as a point of contact if I were to send a friend or relative who was looking for a Toyota.

I purchased a Toyota RAV4 Black (Reg: YNZ7854) from Charles Hurst Dundonald on 27 May 2026. The car was delivered on 28 May 2026.The vehicle was delivered without obtaining the right V5C from previous owner. As an authorised dealership, I trusted you to ensure all required documents were completed before delivery.The dealership failed to obtain a new V5C with the original registration before delivery, causing significant inconvenience. It is18 days now still waiting for the the green slip which is required to tax the vehicle. During this period, DVLA advised me to keep the car off the road, resulting in additional taxi expenses for me.I was also incorrectly advised by your dealership that I could legally drive the vehicle using the previous owner’s tax and ownership details. This was misleading and could have caused serious issues in the event of an accident, especially as my insurance was issued with me listed as the owner.I hold Charles Hurst Toyota responsible for the stress, inconvenience, and additional costs caused during this period.I expect a prompt response and satisfactory resolution. Failing this, I will consider escalating the matter further.
