Josh and the rest of the team I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful. I believe they did their best to offer as good a deal as they could though unfortunately the price increases in the Corolla are too much for me to be able to afford a new one currently. I appreciate the time taken and effort to make this a positive experience.

Think it was George/Josh on toyota side was a fantastic young guy, extremely helpful and his knowledge really impressed me. Though 2 weeks later I looked at the Hyundai used car side and Rob came out, he was rude and condescending to us, I wouldn't buy a car from him. Just stood there, wasn't interested in us, just probably because we were two females.

Paul Scott in Charles Hurst in Dundonald was very easy to deal with and made buying my new Aygo X car very easy to understand including all the financial aspects required. I was kept up to date with regular phone calls and a follow up call too. Great service thank you!

TEAM WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT UNFORTUNATELY JUST COULDNT MATCH A DEAL I WAS GETTING.

On driving back home from Newtownards we decided to call in and check out the new arrivals for 2025, we were met by a smashing young salesman Josh Alexander who had quite a bit of time for us and explained all financial details should we wish to change vehicles, we are hoping to go all electric on our next purchase but at the moment charging points have not reached our apartment block yet hopefully next year, we had a wonderful follow up call from Josh and hopefully do a trade next year. 10/10👍
