Called to view a 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid Excel estate but was very disappointed in the paint finish around the drivers door mirror and also the inside of the door shuts. Had a test drive in another 2025 Corolla Design similar to my existing 2021 model but did not like the dash display nor the actual driving experience, Overall, very disappointed with the latest changes made to the range.

Sales team were very helpful

I was notified back in September that I could change my car. I went down to see and decided on a Yaris. However, I had to go through numerous finance checks. I have been a Toyota customer for around 10yrs and had never missed a payment. There was no explanation as to why I was suddenly having to go through all this. I was told if I could put a further £300 down I would be accepted for finance. I was agreeable to this however to date (04/02/26) I am still waiting a reply for the staff. I was then not notified that my finance was expiring even though I had changed my information when in around September time. I had asked for support and my agreement number from the staff in the showroom, and again I am still waiting for a reply on this. I had phoned several times and emailed and no one has got back to me. Once I have paid this car out I won’t be back to Charles Hurst Toyota on Dundonald. Horrible experience throughout this whole process and not one person has got back to me regarding anything. Loyalty obviously means nothing

Hi all purchased my new RAV GR SPORT May 2025 and love the drive ability performance etc ,economy build quality, except for the radio ! When listening to some DAB stations egJazz fm Talk Sport and even some local stations they lose signal all the time.When travelling 15 miles to the Toyota garage Charles Hurst Dundonald Belfast Jazz Fm can lose signal 15 times! But when in my wifes2024 Yaris the radio is perfect never drops its signal on the same journey. So my car was in for its first service last week and I told them about the problem , but when I called to collect the car they said that they couldn’t find any fault ! After driving it 4 miles, They were most unhelpful and downright rude when my wife backed up my experience with the radio. So we both asked if to prove that the faults were genuine we would take a video and prove it was faulty but they said that would not prove anything!! After spending my hard earned money on buying Two new Toyotas I am very unhappy with the way the dealer has responded . I REGRET now not staying with Hyundai and buying the new Santa Fe. Any suggestions would be welcome Thanks Bob Dawson

On 17 December 2025 my car was booked in to have 2 recalls carried out & a check done on my 12v battery which was losing charge. On 16 December I got a call to cancel the appointment as a fault had developed with computer software & I was assured I would be contacted to arrange a nrw date. After 2 weeks I hadn't been contacted. I then arranged another appointment for 27th January 2026 only to be contacted the day before to cancel. There was again a problem with the internet. A call back was promised. To date I have not been contacted even with a courtesy call to keep me informed. This is not satisfactory & I would be greatful for your assistance in getting this resolved.Thank youJohn Barklie

cust left a deposit on the 26.01 Hylux £250. The cust has since had to revoke his offer on the vehicle. could you process the refund

I am a disabled driver and my electric toyota developed a fault on thurs 22nd jan where it wouldn't charge - the dashboard said to ring dealer which i did. The response i received was astounding - i explained i had the error message on my car and couldnt charge it and that i was disabled, live alone and depend on my car. I explained i had enough miles to get to dealership and could i come up. Receptionist said we dont do same day appointments! I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to another receptionist in servicing. She said not to bring it up as they had no chargers that worked! I asked if there was anything they could do to help and after consulting a manager told me to go home and ring motability. I said this was the first motability dealer ive had that refused to help and she said she was sorry I felt that way. I had to return home and ring motability- 30 hrs later i am stranded at home with no way of getting out and no other travel arrangements.

cust purchased a vehicle and it was advertised with apple car play. The customer has since purchased 30.12.25 and it has no apple car play. The dealerhsip have advised the cust that he would have to pay for the feature. The problem the customer has that the advert stated it has the feature.Map and road traffic has been resolved it is only the feature..
