There were staffing issues (low numbers) on the day I was being given information on Finance options, etc. My conversation with the salesman was VERY interrupted because of low staff numbers on site causing him to have to deal with other issues as well as me! The result was that I felt more vulnerable than this salesman intended, due to being rushed after several interruptions. Your salesman then went beyond the expected to make the final purchase smooth, after I had expressed my discomfort due to that interrupted session.
