There were staffing issues (low numbers) on the day I was being given information on Finance options, etc. My conversation with the salesman was VERY interrupted because of low staff numbers on site causing him to have to deal with other issues as well as me! The result was that I felt more vulnerable than this salesman intended, due to being rushed after several interruptions.Your salesman then went beyond the expected to make the final purchase smooth, after I had expressed my discomfort due to that interrupted session.

Great communication and understanding of my needs. Przemyslaw was able to provide me with all the information on the potential contract and all the additional products which I found really useful. For that reason I would definitely highly recommend approaching him if you looking for an upgrade.

I think more regular and helpful communication about the steps - especially the final stage - would be beneficial. For example - the MyT App will advise that your car has arrived at the dealership, but there's no proactive communication to tell you how long things will take before you can pick it up.We were very pleased at how our dealer (Callum) handled the final pick-up - he had the car covered and we had to do a 'big reveal' - it was fun and made the experience more meaningful. That said, having spent £33k on a new car, it would have been nice if a manager had made an appearance, even just to say thanks for buying from CH.
