Received amazing customer service from Andrew Calderwood at the Dundonald branch, I had opted not to proceed with the purchase initially but Andrew provided a solution that worked and helped me get the car I really wanted. He was efficient, and transparent - an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I had bought 2 Brand New vehicles from him in the last 3 years and because of the trust we have in him I will be returning in 2023 for another new car.

I would like to especially commend Callum Wilson who was the representative I dealt with. As an older woman I have many years of dealing with patronising male car salesmen. He was friendly, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He has a lovely manner and wasn’t at all pushy.My only negative comment was that trying to relay messages via theShowroom was poor. In this day and age I expect staff to have work mobiles so I can communicate directly with them.

Friendly and efficient service. Car I was buying was out of MOT and waiting list was not until January 2023. However Kerry and team at Hurst Dundonald got car MOTD before I picked up new car which was great.
