Some times I have had my car washed when it was serviced but not this time!

The sales team were great I didn’t take some things asi done require them. The salesman had time to explain different aspects of the sale and explained well .He also went through the different things in the And said if I have anything to ask about the car just to give a ring . The only thing through know fault of the salesman I alway love getting the wee freebies like key rings or any but i know it’s hard to get things deliver in this climate . thank you Andrew

Staff very pleasant.

There were staffing issues (low numbers) on the day I was being given information on Finance options, etc. My conversation with the salesman was VERY interrupted because of low staff numbers on site causing him to have to deal with other issues as well as me! The result was that I felt more vulnerable than this salesman intended, due to being rushed after several interruptions.Your salesman then went beyond the expected to make the final purchase smooth, after I had expressed my discomfort due to that interrupted session.
