Your staff member Barry Dean is a real asset to your company. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient especially with the amount of data input required for a purchase. He thoroughly explained the driving processes of the car which helped greatly in our enjoyment of the test drive and subsequently in the decision to buy the vehicle. I made an online inquiry not realising that you were in NI. However, I was given a fantastic online demo video and was happy with that. I did not go further due to delivery costs etc. totally happy with everything. I have managed to buy a similar car and I am truly satisfied.
