Salesman ( Calum ) who dealt with the acceptance of my old car and handover of the New Toyota was excellent, very helpful, informative and easy to talk to. I’m sure my after sales service will be the same.

During the protracted delivery period, there was a lack of communication about the delivery date. However, apart from this issue, Callum Wilson was very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I was very pleased with the deal which was offered. The sales and handover process was first class and an enjoyable experience.

We were made very welcome by the receptionist who introduced us to Dina Rourke, who gave us good advice, had a very pleasant manner and explained in great detail any questions we had. We would certainly recommend any of our friends to visit Charles Hurst.
