We found Dina Rourke, sales in Dundonald, to be helpful and knowledgeable in every way. She took the time to assist and provide information, and delivered the Aygo personally. She is a lovely girl, and an asset to Charles Hurst.I had previously had reservations about a big car dealer. All dispelled. We bought the car, the Service Plan, the ‘knocks and scrapes plan’, the Carmetic and the Toyota Insurance! Dina explained the benefits without being pushy. Much appreciated.Ian and I will recommend Hurst’s to anyone who asks.Thank you.

More communication about the estimated delivery times and further delays while waiting. It dosn't look like these supply shortages are going away soon. Next up will be blackouts at the factories due to energy costs!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Callum in Dundonald! I was unsure about leaving my Aygo behind and upgrading but he made sure I was happy every step of the way and answered any questions I had. A car showroom can be a daunting place with so much on offer but I was put right at ease with Callums friendly and professional manner. I look forward to picking out my next toyota car in the future!

Barry Dean was extremely helpful and showed me the digital features of the car and allowed me to take a test drive to explain some key details about the driving system and how to get the best from the hybrid.

Just the price and warranty of the std RAV4 battery over £235 and 2 year warranty when a bosh battery has 6 years warranty and is a third of the price.This is not the 1st time I have submitted this survey you will probably bin this one two
