Callum was very helpful in giving us the rundown of the things we were looking for in a car. He helped a lot checking out the finance options on a few different models for us, given that I was extremely indecisive about what I wanted. Initial meeting was with a different sales person to the final discussions after the car had arrived in the showroom. I was very satisfied with the way Will & Callum communicated & completed handover. Initial meeting was with Barry, and a boot tray should have been ordered by him but was not. Also I was told at the initial meeting to download the MyT app which would show when my car was ready but the app didn’t work until I put the VPN of the new car in. Callum was excellent at explaining everything about the car & the app.
