Excellent customer service from Dina Rourke.

The car was serviced 10 days beforehand but I had to call a breakdown service as it wouldn't start.On inspection the mechanic said the battery connections were loose and that the battery was low. He tightened them and got it going and advised that I take it for a 15 min drive to charge the battery..Thinking about it afterwards I also think it a VERY unfortunate coincidence that both terminals came loose at the same time. Surely one might have loosened rather than both in tandem.
