Liked the pick up and return service and your driver was very polite and friendly. I did think that communication regarding the actual booking was a bit lacking. I didn’t get any confirmation that it was booked and when I phoned to check that it was act booked I had to phone twice as first person never go back to me. Lastly, perhaps I’m wrong but I thought that a car wash was part of the Service so was disappointed that my car wasn’t washed 😞 Perhaps next time things will be better.
