My whole experience with Charles Hurst (Dundonald) was excellent. Barry was a very capable and patient salesperson and the back up team all made the experience very stress-free, friendly and enjoyable. We cant speak highly enough of all those at Charles Hurst Dundonald. Thank you all

I am grateful in the service Motability provides and the general service Charles Hurst technically has with great engineers.I found my visit to Dundonald 'Lack Lustre'. At reception there is a service engineer timetabling the arrival of the car and a girl at a small desk in front who looked like a trainee, not really knowing what to do.So car keys were exchanged and a general comment was - "we will give you a shout when your car is ready". I was there at 9.30 for my 10 booking. I had a taxi ordered for 10.00am to take me home to Ards.I went and sat down. The reception girl took a long time making her coffee or tea on a tea machine, with no acknowledgement of whether i wanted any.After she went away - back to her desk I tried to workout my first operation of this new machine. And it took me a while pressing buttons and hoping the cup was under the right one, and my walking stick did not help, getting in the waySo it wasn't my day as my taxi didn't turn up at 10 or 10 .30 ...... So when I asked the girl at the small reception desk\ table if she could order one she jumped at the task very happily. Was this her first day or was she shy?Later I did have to phone Charles hurst dundonald to find out if my motor was ready. That was about 12ish and stated that I had some afternoon apointments. They said come up at 12.45.Having a disability I am very dependent on my car. Why could I not have been offered one than worry about my other afternoon appointments.?The Hurst customer care is lacking in acknowledgement, greeting, and having insight to what type of customers needs there are.... As I was later to find out the computer dept had not set up the request code to activate the Navigation 'Share' feature 'Mapcare and services'. .....( Toyota Customer Relations ref: CASE1651422)This feature allows me to manage / create .. start and stop destinations on my home PC after logging into my account - MyToyotaMoses Matovu - Multimedia & Connected Car Support Toyota GB was very good in trying to fix as far as he could the problem .He said " I have raised this issue with our Support Team at Toyota Europe to investigate further" Wednesday 20th April.I do not know if it is really fixed yet .... and will give it another attempt laterSo coming from the "service experience" of Charles Hurst as the rep for Toyota ... its not shining through as brilliant even though you have some brilliant workers.I have disability issues and I think there are training issues that need addressed in recieving and communication with the needs and worries involved.Hoping I have put this as politely as I could as it took me a while to think about doing the survey .. only meaning to hope this is will be positive thanks Charlie

First class service as always with Charles Hurst Toyota Dundonald. Friendly, efficient and most accommodating staff. If I decide to stay with a Toyota then these guys would be my first choice every time. Super and highly recommended:)
