Excellent experience with Callum Wilson, whose knowledgeable and very helpful manner made our visit very pleasant. Unfortunately, the lack of availability of a Toyota Rav 4 hybrid until July/August next year meant that we were unable to purchase a vehicle on this occasion, as our existing PCP expires at the end of April 2022. All other criteria were met and, but for this one vital factor, we would have completed a deal during our visit. Callum is to be congratulated on the manner that he dealt with us during our visit and we thank him for his excellent customer service.

Was disappointed that the car was not washed on the outside - it always used to be and I can't see how covid could have changed this. Also think that the fuel consumption has been affected but unsure if this is the service or the quality of today's petrol.

I have a Service Plan and the only problem I had was getting the invoice for the service as I thought I should have received it along with the Health Check when collecting the car. I had to ring in a couple of times before it was e-mailed to me.
