Barry at charles hurst toyota dundonald was amazing, from step one of booking my test drive he was in constant communication, He made me feel very welcome in the dealership and i was treated like a valued customer throughout the entire purchase experience. Overall it was an exciting and fulfilling experience purchasing my first car. Really pleased and will be returning to toyota and charles hurst in future!

Liked the pick up and return service and your driver was very polite and friendly.I did think that communication regarding the actual booking was a bit lacking. I didn’t get any confirmation that it was booked and when I phoned to check that it was act booked I had to phone twice as first person never go back to me.Lastly, perhaps I’m wrong but I thought that a car wash was part of the Service so was disappointed that my car wasn’t washed 😞Perhaps next time things will be better.

My visit followed an approach we received about a sales event. Even though we didn't go ahead and change our current Toyota, it gave me more ideas for when we do.
