As usual I received a very personal service which I have always been used too and it was very Professional and friendly with excellent updated information.I shall be selecting my new car later in the year and welcomed my test drive and useful guidance from a very charming Sales Lady who knew what she was talking about and look forward to placing my order with her in the future.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Seemed good explaining options when discussing finance. When I was collecting my car I found Barry had prepared a video to explain the many different aspects on the dashboard. This is so helpful.Just one thing with this time when discussing and purchasing my car I dealt with a different member of staff almost each time. All were very good but I would have preferred to deal with one staff member although I understand with the virus and other illness this could be difficult.

Given the difficulties we all live under at the moment, your staff did exceptionally well. No fault of the staff we dealt with on your premises - your documentation process however was both unwieldy and unfriendly. I would ask your management team to review it.

Due to family illness I have had to hold off on going to see any cars, but as soon as possible I will looking again

As a novice with a hybrid and automatic car the sales person was very patient in explaining how the car worked and very professional in his overall approach
