I first booked car into Boucher Road to be serviced. I arrived with the car at 14:00 the allocated time to be told they could not service the car but I could rebook. I left disgusted came home rang Toyota Dundonald and they booked car in, I arrived, car was serviced while I waited, excellent customer service. Will use Dundonald from here on, friendly staff courteous and helpful. If Ken Chivers was still involved I would have contacted him about the Boucher road lack of service.
