As a novice with a hybrid and automatic car the sales person was very patient in explaining how the car worked and very professional in his overall approach

Everything was so much more than I expected

Even under Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, we were well looked after, although not being allowed into the showroom when you're buying a car, but if you are bringing your car in for a service, then you can enter the showroom and wait until the job is done! Can't see the logic in that! Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase and the cannot fault the way we were treated, same as all the other times we've bought from Charles Hurst.
