Hello !I would like to raise a complaint against the staff handling the yearly service of my car today 09.06.26 at Toyota newtownabbey . I’ll keep it simple as I can. I left the car in for service at around 9:25am . When I came to collect it around 13:30 had some issues with the payment . After collecting it and while still in front of the branch I’ve opened the gloves box and realised the docs that the car has are just laying there without the black pouch that they came in when I got the car . Mentioning to you the car was brand new and came with that black pouch as it was presented to me the day I collected the car and it was there when I cleaned the car on Saturday the 06.06.26 . When I raised this with the branch they said there was no pouch there and I said there was . The manager was called and he said his technician said there wasn’t and I said there was as I described it the way it was black pouch with white logo of Toyota on it . He said that it wasn’t there when I got the car as that model doesn’t get it it was just a plastic bag . It was very frustrating , disgusting the way he just treated me as saying in a way that I’m lying . I know what my car had when I left it . What’s Joe I have to take pics of what I leave the docs of the car like owner manual etc before I leave it for a service as someone will just steal it or missed place it and they say oh it wasn’t there instead of accepting their fault and negligence?! It’s not about a pouch it’s about the fact itself the way they were lying that it wasn’t there and the car never had one . It’s very concerning the way the staff in there are lying and just expects the customers to just accept it . I would like this to be addressed please . I’ve asked for cctv of my car being serviced but the manager refused . My car had a black pouch where the docs were being kept so I would like for you to look into this as I’m not letting it go until you see for yourselves that that car had a black pouch taken out of it and then not put it back . And I would like a response to this matter please .To mention the unprofessionalism , the arrogance and superficiality of the manager that spoke with me today - don’t know his name as he never introduced himself and did not even apologised of the situation . I from start to finish I and my daughter get 5 star treatment from staff and management on the Newtownabbey site. Must say it would encouraged me to return again to Newtownabbey Toyota and recommend them to my friends and family.

bought the vehicle November last year, incorrect tow bar and few other issues. these were carried out in Newtownabbey after 2 visits. 5 weeks ago sunroof broke and part was on back order, has since got the vehicle back today and vehicle is a mess, full of stains, dust all over the vehicle, sunroof material was hanging off the rails it is on, passenger side there is a sound as if a window has been left open. customer is absolutely fuming and girl on front desk was embarrassed when handing the vehicle back

The staff at Newtownabbey Toyotawas second to none.Lauren, went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with going for full electric or Hybrid.There’s a lot of paperwork these days to buy a car. We got there.

You did a top 100% job all the way through, from my first visit on Tuesday 19th May until I finally collected the car on Friday 22 May 2026. Andy was very helpful, informative, contacting me in between and insuring I was familiar with the many features of the car of which I previously had no knowledge of.Thanking Andy and all the staff who approached me offering assistance each time I visited from the initial visit until I finally collected the car.
