Dean Strain, our sales executive was very welcoming, offering refreshments etc. Dean was very thorough in all aspects of the handover process. He went through and explained meticulously, each part, before proceeding to the next stage. He gave us the opportunity to ask questions and answered all with excellent professional knowledge and expertise. He ensured we knew to contact him if we had any further questions or issues regarding the new car. By the way the car is absolutely brilliant.
