Mike was a TOTAL gentleman. Very courteous, polite, engaging, knowledgeable - answering all queries with aplomb. The car was great and, again, Mike went out of his way to be patient, attentive, explanatory of all I needed to know about the car and very easy-going about everything. Some people are taken in by 'the gift of the gab' - Mike was genuine and sincere.
