These guys in Charles Hurst, Toyota, have consistently set the bar for themselves, and have easily cleared it again. Dean and Richard - supported by the Service (and refreshments staff) - are a tough act to follow. These guys are good. Their work is courteous, efficient and professional. They are “The extra mile” type of team. I have just taken delivery of my (2nd) new Yaris Cross Hybrid. I love it! As the class leading mini-SUV, it deserves its rep.
